1. If purchased on line wristbands must be collected from the Students Union reception showing your proof of purchase barcode on receipt. 2. Wristbands can also be purchased from the Students Union reception from Tuesday 28th November. 3. Once purchased wristbands cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned. 4. The wristband must be worn at all times and presented upon entry to all events or participating outlets to gain the offer. 5. The wristband includes free entry into Asylum on 31st January and 2nd February 2018. 6. The wristband includes free entry into the Welly Club on 1st February and 3rd February 2018. 7. The wristband includes free entry before midnight into Piper nightclub on Monday 29th January and Friday 9th February 2018. 8. The wristband includes 50% discount on Dominos pizzas collection only at the Beverley Road branch between 29th January and 4th February 2018. 9. The wristband includes a 7 day consecutive off-peak membership (9am-4pm Mon-Fri and 9am-7pm weekends) to the University Sports and fitness centre with access to gym, classes and racket sports within those times. 10. The 7 day off peak memberships will expire on 12th February 2018 meaning the last day to activate a full rolling 7 day membership will be Tuesday 6th February. 11. To claim the 7 day off peak membership there will be a requirement to present proof of purchase in the form of the wristband at the University Sports and fitness centre as well as completion of a standard health questionnaire. 12. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. 13. Wristbands will be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. 14. All artists are 100% confirmed at the time of print. Any subsequent changes are not the responsibility of HUU, however we will endeavour to find an adequate replacement. 15. We reserve the right to cancel any wristband purchased by any students who finds themselves on a permanent licensee ban or disciplinary. 16. Events within Asylum, the Welly Club & the Piper are strictly 18+. If anyone is suspected of being under 18 and cannot provide valid ID on entry (Passport/Driving Licence/ID Card displaying the PASS’ hologram logo) they will be refused entry to the event. Their wristband will not be refunded. 17. The wristband does not guarantee entry into Asylum, Welly or Piper. Entry into all events is strictly on a 'first come first served' basis. 18. Hull University Student’s Union does not accept responsibility for either the Welly Club or the Piper venue operational procedures or policies. 19. Hull University Union cannot be responsible and will not be liable for any offers that are withdrawn by participating outlets of the VIP wristband. 20. This is a student event only, a valid student card must be shown when purchasing or picking up a wristband.

After the success of our fresher's programme back in September, we are now launching a new VIP wristband for the WelcomeFest Reunion in January 2018. WelcomeFest Reunion will be from 29th January-4th February 2018.
