A: Freshers Week will be one of the BEST weeks of your life! Getting to know your knew City, make friends and enjoy the City's nightlife. Buying your Official Wristband saves you £££ on entry fees, guarantees you entry to an event on EVERY night of Freshers as well as priority entry! Freshers is VERY busy meaning people without an Official Wristband have to queue for a long time and are unable to get into many events due to capacity reasons.

Q: 🤔 THERE ARE SO MANY FRESHERS TICKETS CLAIMING TO BE 'OFFICIAL'...

A: Liverpool's Official Freshers 2025 is the ONLY OFFICIAL University affiliated Freshers programme in the City, hosted in conjunction with your Students Union. As such you can be assured that all events will be operated to the highest level across the City's leading clubs and venues.

Q: 🤔 IS MY WRISTBAND REFUNDABLE IF I DON'T GET INTO UNIVERSITY?

A: Of course! You must request your refund before Monday 18th August by emailing charlie@coolitevents.com / adam@coolitevents.com . All wristbands after this date are non refundable.

Q: 🤔 SOMEONE ELSE HAS PURCHASED MY WRISTBAND FOR ME - DOES THIS MATTER?

A: No it does not - we know that friends/ parents may have purchased your wristband! Just bring your ticket bar code along when you come to collect.

Q: 🤔 WHERE DO I COLLECT MY OFFICIAL WRISTBAND?

A: Wristband collection info will be sent out to you via SMS. Wristbands will be available to collect from Sunday 14th September - Tuesday 16th September. If for whatever reason you wish to collect after this date, please contact us to arrange!
