The Property Club. Peer to peer lending opportunities for investors

Summary
Banking is cancelled due to lack of interest – P2P lending is the future!
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending is revolutionising the practice of unrelated individuals or companies lending money directly to one another without the need for banks and other financial institutions. Lenders and borrowers are matched by online platforms usually specialising in a particular area of lending, consumer, SME and secured property. By circumventing the traditional banking system and lending directly to borrowers, lenders can earn much higher returns, anything from 3% pa to 15%+ pa. In 2015 the industry facilitated £2.39bn in lending, representing 84% growth on the year before. From April 2016 individuals can earn tax free interest on their P2P investments with the introduction of the Innovative Finance (IF) ISA.
This event is particularly relevant to retail investors looking to diversify their portfolio and gain exposure to the high yield real estate as well as anybody working in real estate willing to networking with like minded professionals
