Becca James will be supported by eccentric pop artist INDI, independent R&B and pop artist Amy Palmer, and Brighton based psych folk artist LLSN.
Originally from the North of England, Becca James is a London-based spiritual alt-pop artist. With soulful vocals and lyricism, her most recent collaborative track 'Can't Stop my Shine' with LA-based producer, Soulplusmind, and Koze Music has been placed in the Netflix series Wellmania, with Celeste Barber.
Released across the full moon, her project harnesses this powerful astrological energy to reflect the healing themes of her music. Her debut EP, 'Trust the Season,' was released last autumn and landed BBC Introducing in the North East playlisting and Spotify editorial support on 'an alternative future' playlist.
The past year, James released a haunting ballad 'If You're Not Home' about the heat of grief and longing on February 24th 2024, with a mini tour that spanned across support slots at Smile Venue in Huddersfield, the Gunners Pub in London, culminating in a sold-out headline show at the Globe Newcastle for International Women's Day. This upcoming gig at the Folklore Rooms in Brighton marks the start of a new era of music for Becca, where she will share a taster of new material from an upcoming project about trauma healing.
