A Mad Friday special is in store as Footwerk curates a stacked lineup of heavy bass talent to touch down at Kanteena.

Headliner Kritical has had a hugely successful 2024 coming off the back of his debut release and appearances on Dropjaw, Bloc2Bloc & Bolton FM. The Lancaster-based producer steps in for an extended set filled with his signature blend of jungle, rollers & neuro, and plenty of forthcoming dubs to boot.

2nd headliner & curator Footwerk is back for a bassline special. After another big 2024, Footwerk has become a staple in the scene for his mix of bumpy 4x4 garage & vocal bassline classics. He’s back on the wheels for a jam packed power hour of all the niche era classics.

Very excited to welcome Josh Pawson through to Kanteena, who is running events through Distrakt in the Lake District and regularly tearing up Cumbrian dance floors. Wafty tech house and garage steppers are sure to be in safe supply.

Finally, we also welcome local hero Matty Preston who quite simply has warps for days. Very excited for this one having seen him tearing up other events locally and sure to have you trying to grab those IDs from the CDJ.
