Pentire are an indie band who make pop songs for the post-jangle generation through the smiles and sweat of the mosh pit. This Herefordshire four-piece tell cheap lager-soaked stories of student life, a small town upbringing, and the innocence of youth.
Brought up on a diet of The Killers, Paolo Nutini and Stereophonics, frontman and principal songwriter Jack Morgan met his bandmates in the sleepy town of Ross-on-Wye. They lived their school lives as unpopular kids with a distaste for maths, who have grown from making a racket in their mum’s shed to selling out venues across the south west.
