Bombay Superstars is a glittering musical extravaganza about the disco, the divas, and the drama that created Bollywood icons.

In the heart of 1970s Bombay’s film industry, a scandalous battlefield of ambition, passion and treachery unfolds. An orphaned girl, shunned by society, arrives in the city of dreams to meet famed director Pavan Picturewalla. Desperate to protect a secret from his cherished daughter Mala, who loves aspiring actor Arjun, Pavan faces a new challenge. Meanwhile, superstar Bunty schemes to seize it all by transforming the young orphan into Rani, who is determined to claim her rightful place as one of the Bombay Superstars.
