Ever wondered why you have reoccuring dreams? Ever been curious as to what it means to dream that you are flying or that you are naked in Wilkos surrounded by radioactive hamsters? Well if so, this event is for you!!

Melanie a professional psychic, therapeutic tarot practitioner, holistic health therapist, dream worker and spiritual coach is passionate about working with dreams and the subconscious.

She is excited to share what she has learned for you to use for your own personal growth and empowerment.

The language of our dreams and visions is the same visual code used in Tarot, Psychology and other forms of Divination and is a key to transformative power and incredible creative resources!

We will be looking at topics including: dream analysis, using dreams to realise and overcome subconscious block, underlying fears and self- limiting beliefs, seeding dreams, astral and lucid dreams, visitation and prophetic dreams, symbolism, archetypes, visualisation and synchronicity.

This introductory workshop will discuss various aspects and types of dreaming, visions and intentional visualisation, include advice on how to improve dream recall, how to interpret common themes within dreams and how to work with dream arcs.

**There will also be a meditative visualisation.**

Delicious food and drink from Mestizo will be available to purchase during breaks, all food bought while at this event will recieve a 10% discount. We have an extensive vegan menu and the whole bar is vegan as standard.
