Do I need to pay to join?
Nope! The run club is completely free to join.

Do I need to book?
Booking is recommended so we know numbers, but you’re welcome to just turn up on the day.

How far is the run?
It’s a friendly 5K route around Harrogate, with options for different paces designed by the team at Nuffield Health.

Do I need to be a good runner?
Not at all - all abilities are welcome, from beginners to experienced runners.

What should I bring?
Comfortable running shoes, a bottle of water, and good energy.

Is there somewhere to leave bags?
Yes, you can leave small bags at Revolución de Cuba during the run (at your own risk).

What happens afterwards?
Join us back at Revolución de Cuba for post-run food, soft drink, tea, coffee, or a pint.

Is there an age restriction?
This event is 16+. Under 18s are welcome to join the run and enjoy food or soft drinks afterwards. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18+ with valid ID.
