WRISTBAND COLLECTION INFORMATION 🔥

We understand that freshers arrive in Hanley at different times so we will be announcing several wristband collection times to match your convenience. Wristband collection announced May 2022. 

If you would prefer yours sent out in the post, please contact info@yourfreshersguide.com. You will incur postage & packaging costs for us to fulfil this service.

⚠️ REFUND POLICY ⚠️ For your peace of mind, we are offering a refund on all tickets if:

• Events are cancelled by us due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the government subsequently leading to nightclub closures.
• You DO NOT get into your first choice University and are no longer going to University in Staffordshire / Hanley

FRESHERS FAQ & IMPORTANT INFO

How much are the Hanley Freshers Wristbands?

• Our wristbands for each week start from as little as £15! This equates to just £3 per event! However, there are only a limited number available at this price so make sure you get them ASAP to save £££

How old do you have to be to attend?

• All of the events we have organised are for individuals of the age 18 and over.

Can I bring friends who are not students?

• Yes, that is completely fine! You do not have to be attending University to come to our events, however please ensure they are of a similar age to yourselves!

How does entry with a freshers wristband work?

• We have made it super simple for everyone. Once you have collected your wristband, just pop it onto your wrist and just like at any festival, you show your wristband for entry to all the events on that particular wristband. It is near enough impossible to lose and the safest way to secure your entry!

Are the Hanley Freshers Wristbands refundable?

• Yes. If you do not get into a University in Hanley OR you change your mind regarding attending a University in Hanley, let us know by the 1st of September & we will refund your purchase in full! Refunds are only available to those who purchase their wristbands BEFORE July 30th.
• If for some reason, government restrictions are imposed and nightclubs are temporarily closed during freshers, we will honour a full refund under such circumstances! For us to start the refund process, please email us on refunds@yourfreshersguide.com
  

I am not sure when my Freshers Week takes place or when I move into halls…. What should I do?

• Email us with the University you will be attending and we will send you all the dates you need and the recommended freshers wristband(s) to buy. We will be releasing all of this information on our Instagram very soon! (https://www.instagram.com/YourFreshersGuide)

We have a birthday to organise / Sports Team / Society Event to organise, can you help & provide us with any perks?
