UCL's most competitive party!

Sold out in 2023, we're excited to bring once again this unique event back to the freshers calendar! 


The penultimate night of welcome week will bring you an event like no other; Battle of the Halls to the brilliant o2 Academy Islington!

Don't take this lightly, its every hall for themselves! Make sure to check how to represent your accommodation and turn up in style to this competitive party!

If you are not staying at halls, don't dismay, there'll be a team for everyone!

Experience real stage competitions, prizes & more including Sumo Wrestling & more (plus a possible GUNGE TANK to soak those who lose!)

ℹ️ HOW IT WORKS  ℹ️

Each of the halls are assigned a colour to attend the party in, once you arrive you will be able to take part in games and competitions with those in the other colours. 

How to show you're representing (Your Teams/Colours) (These may get changed around a little bit but the final teams will be revealed by A-Level results day 2024) 

RED 🔴 = North London: 109 Camden Road, Ann Stephenson House, Ifor Evans Hall, Neil Sharp House, Max Rayne House, New Hall

BLACK 🖤 = Kings Cross: Langton Close, Frances Gardner House, John Dodson House, James Lighthill House, John Adams Hall

YELLOW 🟡 = Postgrad: Prankerd House, Endsleigh Gardens, Bernard Johnson House

GREEN 💚 = Fitzrovia: Astor College, Ramsey, Ian Baker, Arthur Tattersall, John Tovell Houses, Campbell House East, Campbell House West

WHITE 🤍 = Private/Other/Stay at Home

Blue 🔵 = Unite Halls: Beaumont Court, St. Pancras Way, Unite Stapleton House

PURPLE 🟣 = Viccy Line: Schafer House, Goldsmid House

ORANGE 🟠 = Intercollegiate Halls

PINK 💗 = Urbanest: Urbanest King's Cross, Urbanest St Pancras

STRIPED 🔳 🔲 = One Pool Street

Please remember that events, where alcohol is on sale, are strictly 18+, whether you intend to consume alcohol or not. Entry is restricted to those with a passport or photo driver’s licence. Please note only these two forms of ID will be accepted and they must be originals. Student ID is NOT valid ID. No exceptions will be made so please do not forget to bring ID. We strongly recommend that international students bring their passports. No ID, no entry. Tickets are non-refundable and management reserves the right of admission, unless the event is canceled then you will receive a full refund.
