Spook & Seduction: Introduction to Performance

An Introduction To Performance:
Suitable for beginners! Learn routine crafting, movement & flow that suits your vibe, self love & positivity, crowd interaction & choreography.

What to wear: Wear anything you feel comfortable in, I would recommend something sexy (bodysuits, crop top and shorts, underwear, whatever you like) but layer up with baggy t-shirt and joggers to practice some strip moves.
Also, bring some heels and comfy socks. We will practice various moves and styles. You may also want to bring knee pads!

Bring water, and maybe some snacks as we will have a little break!

This will be a relaxed and judgement free zone, you do not need any previous experience.

You will be learning with Thorn Faustus founder of Venom Events; a multi skilled performer and event creator and manager. Thorn has been performing gore burlesque, alt burlesque and fire performance in a variety of shows up and down the country for several years. She has since created and managed multiple shows that include gore burlesque, burlesque, fire performance, live bands and pole dancers such as VENOM FEST and Venom & Velvet.

This class is a 3 hour intensive introduction in to learning the workings of performance, how to start performing and find your individuality within it. You’ll learn the importance of self love and your own identity as a performer, how to craft a routine and also some choreography.
