Bristol heavyweights Nu:Motive join us for this weeks Echo FREE RAVE as we welcome Critical Sound’s Hyroglifics and YAANO.

Hyroglifics has been a stalwart of the Critical roster following his debut Binary Vol. 1 release in 2014 and hasn’t set a foot out of place since. Building on a faultless back catalogue, 2019’s Stone Rose EP and 2020’s Best Of EP both represent his unflinching dexterity in drum & bass production, turning his hand from tender musicality to dance floor-charged heavy hitters with a rare and enviable finesse. He is a gift to the game; challenging the paradigms of 170BPM music. Carving out a distinctive path for himself - we can only expect the high-end futuristic freshness to keep flowing from this exciting producer.

YAANO is a talented young producer originally from Jersey who has recently broken into the scene with his extremely well honed production. His take is fresh yet refined and, with clear jungle influences, his unique style effortlessly covers all corners of the underground drum and bass spectrum. From his deeper cuts like 'Feel You' to his club ready ‘Lust' & 'Acid' to the heavier side of the spectrum with 'Christian Dubstep’. With releases on Critical, DIVIDED & Overview to name a few, there is no limits on what's next to come for this young man.
