❗Pass Collection:

You will need to collect your pass as it is your physical ticket for entry to these events. 

To collect your physical Freshers Entertainment Pass. please bring your digital ticket as well as a form of ID to collection.

You can collect from Mojo's Bar in the Students' Union building between 12pm-6pm every day from the 14th-23rd of September.

You will only be able to collect your own pass and not on behalf of others.

There is a space on the back of the cards to write your name. Write your name in CAPITALS on the card. Your card will need to match your student ID to enter the venue for events! You won't be able to gain entry to the venue

Venue: Reading University Students' Union

Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

We do not accept resale or transferred tickets.

Those found to be transferring or reselling tickets in any other way will be refused entry for the venue and if profiting from touting banned from the venue.

Guests are only allowed on a 1:1 ratio and MUST be signed in by a student. Guests from other universities may gain entry with a guest ticket and their university student card. Guest tickets can be bought on individual event pages

Last entry is 23:30, arrival after this time will result in refusal of admission to the event.

Doors open at 22:00

There is no re-entry to the venue.

Over 18's only with valid photo card government issued age proof ID and Student Campus Card.

Tickets purchased online must be redeemed at the door.

The account holder must be present and all tickets must be redeemed together.

All tickets must be scanned at point of collection - either via phone or physical print out.

You must bring your Entertainment pass to all events to gain entry. Failure to 

Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to the event.

Drugs Detection Dogs will be in operation on the entrance to the event. Those indicated by Drugs Dogs will be refused entry.
