Entrepreneurship and Building a Career In Digital: Lessons From The Trenches - a Panel With Carrie Rose, Lea Turner, and Fiona Bradley
You're invited to the Manchester Power Panel, an evening of networking, and business growth learning.
Your host, Fiona Bradley, Founder & Director of FB Comms, will be talking to multi award-winning Rise At Seven Founder and CEO Carrie Rose, and one of LinkedIn's most followed women, Lea Turner.
We'll find out:
- What it actually takes to be an entrepreneur.
- The reality of daily life and the sacrifices do you have to make.
- What they wish they knew at the start and their best, and worst advice for anyone starting out or looking to cultivate a winning mindset.
Carrie Rose, is founder and CEO of one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK & US - search-first creative agency Rise at Seven. After working 11 years agency side, Carrie founded her own agency, scaling to 110 people in 5 years, generating $9mill revenue working with global clients including SIXT, Bumble, Capital One, Bacardi, PrettyLittleThing, Amazon, Revolution Beauty and more.
Her expertise is within trends, search, and attention and made it on Forbes 30 under 30 for her success.
Lea Turner crashed onto LinkedIn in October 2019 with no prior knowledge of the platform, but her humorous, relatable, and uplifting posts quickly drove countless leads to her original small transcription business, and over 10,000 followers in her direction. She has gone on to grow a massive network of more than 168,000 people and three years ago started a LinkedIn training business which hit six figures within the first ten months. She now focuses her time on teaching others how to build their personal brands and attract inbound leads on LinkedIn with her lively corporate workshops, and digital resources. She also runs a business membership community with over 500 members globally, providing expert masterclasses from a variety of accomplished professionals, supporting new and established business owners with a range of essential skills to grow their companies. She does all this while juggling life as a solo parent to her young son, and creating vibrant, helpful content across her various social channels.
Fiona is the Founder & Director of FB Comms, a social media content agency named Start-Up of The Year 2024 at the EU Content Awards. Having created content and run campaigns for the likes of the NHS, Rolex, Coca-Cola, and growing many start-ups, Fiona was named Digital Agency Owner of The Year 2023. A small but mighty business, she single-handedly grew to a multi-six-figure company, making clients over £3million in 2023.
