Ticketing and Entry

• Entry Fee Phase 1: £10 per person.
  
• Entry Fee Phase 2: £15 per person.
  
• Entry Fee Phase 3: £25 per person.
  
• Included: Each ticket holder will receive £5 worth of redeemable coupons. The coupons will be valid until 6:00 PM, 19th November 2023.

Coupon Redemption Details

• Coupons can be used at any food and beverage unit within Trader Wembley, except La Pinoz Pizza and the The Trader Wembley Bar.
• Redeemable at:
  • Oru Asana - Thai Massage
  • All food units upstairs
  • Papa Gee Ice Cream (downstairs)
• Terms of Use:
  • Each coupon has a face value of £1.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • More than one coupon can be used per transaction.
  • If the total bill amount is less than the value of the coupon(s) used, no change or credit will be given.
  • Coupons are valid only on the day of the event (19th November).

Payment Methods

• Tickets can be purchased online via our event website (Fatsoma).
• Cash and card payments are also accepted at the door.

No Refunds

• The ticket price is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Right of Admission

• Trader Wembley reserves the right to refuse admission to any attendee for reasons deemed appropriate by the management.

Safety and Conduct

• Attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment. Trader Wembley reserves the right to remove any attendee found in violation of this code of conduct.

Liability

• Trader Wembley will not be held responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the event.

Amendments

• Trader Wembley reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
