A night with Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy
For our first instalment we welcome the undeniable tour de force and Disco Doyenne, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy for a special extended set. Over the last 30 years Colleen has gone from being an aficionado of the NYC underground, mentored by dance music legends David Mancuso and François K, to an internationally renowned tastemaker and in-demand selector and remixer. She’s the Audio connoisseur you want in charge of your party. A true curator with a deep understanding of the profound ways in which we connect with music.
With support from Me Gusta collective, providing their unique style of world music ranging from Afro to the more percussive genres + some classic Disco flavours from Manchester resident Nicola Bear.

A night with Mafalda + friends
For our second instalment we’re joined by Melodies International founder & NTS host Mafalda, bringing a taste of sun to Manchester for a beautiful set of tropical Disco, Soul, R&B and everything in-between. Her set at La Discothèque’s 6th Birthday at Albert Hall was one to remember with her high energy stage presence. It’s an absolute pleasure to have her play a headline show with us for The Little Disco residency.
With support from Rainy City Music label boss Irfan Rainy; a true Manchester legend, this is one party you do not want to miss + more TBA!

A night with Michelle Manetti
For the final instalment of our Gorilla residency, we welcome DJ, vocalist & promoter Michelle Manetti for an extended set ranging from House, Techno, Acid, Rave, Leftfield, Breaks & Disco. With over 20 years under her belt, it’s safe to say Michelle is no novice to the craft, with the passion, skill, panache and record collection to back it. As an active advocate for supporting and promoting marginalised and unrepressed artists in the music scene, whether that be through the female-focused music blog Lipstick Disco or with her female focused queer girl party Fèmme Fraîche, it’s clear that Manetti’s eclectic music policy and personal ethos align with everything we believe in at TLD. We can’t wait for this one!
With support from Kiss Me Again, a collective providing electrifying parties across Manchester’s underground LGBTQ+ club scene for many years, lifting dancefloors with their vast music collection. Alongside London based Sassy Wylie, who has been making waves with her high energy house, club & disco selection.
