With nearly 350,000 followers combined on social media and well over 30 million streams/views (and counting!) on Spotify and Youtube. 'Live in the House' is proud to announce ACM-nominated recording artist Sunny Sweeney will be making her Shropshire/Shrewsbury debut as part of an exclusive limited UK tour this Autumn.
Sweeney debuted in 2006 with the acclaimed Heartbreaker’s Hall of Fame, which announced her as an important new voice in songwriting. 2011’s Concrete led to a Top Female Artist nomination at the 2013 ACM Awards. Sweeney continued to expand upon the traditional-leaning, forward-thinking sound of her earlier work with 2014’s Provoked and 2017’s Trophy, both of which earned Sweeney rave reviews across roots communities.
With her uncanny ability to straddle the line of demarcation between Texas Country and Nashville Americana. Her latest album, Married Alone (Thirty Tigers) was top 10 in the Americana charts for 24 weeks straight. Produced by Paul Cauthen and Beau Bedford, Married Alone is Sweeney’s finest work yet, bringing together confessional songwriting, image-rich narratives, and no shortage of sonic surprises for a loosely conceptual album about loss and healing.
Louise is a modern country pop singer from Chelmsford, Essex. Her early career saw the release of two EPs: Robin Hood in 2013 and The Lemon Tree in 2016. The years since have seen a sea change in musical direction, ignited by a move to Nashville for several months. This added a country music influence into Louise’s sound.
Since the beginning of 2019, the singer songwriter has released several singles and her debut album, achieving chart success including four number 1's and more than five top tens on the iTunes Country Charts. Louise has supported the likes of Tom Odell, Lucy Spraggan, The Cadillac Three, Lindsay Ell and Nicole Scherzinger, to name a few.
'It's Not Me, It's You' is Louise's first release of 2024, and what a whirlwind release it has been. After a viral video featuring the single, currently 300K+ views, and a successful release campaign, it was chosen as track of the week at BBC Cambridgeshire and Essex which lead to a live performance on BBC Essex.
