MYP Health & Well-being: MYP Run Club x M3 Perform

We are delighted to announce a very special Health & Well-being event at M3 Perform.

This event will be exclusive to MYP Run Club members. The session will be a combination of Perform (Strength Program) & Condition (HIIT Program) which will both aid your running!

The 45 min class will take place on Monday 5:30pm in the M3 Perform gym, which is located at the Ainscow Hotel.

Places are strictly limited so secure your place now.

100% of the profits from the class will go to our new Charity Partner of the year, The Prince's Trust.
