9 am to 10.30 am - TRAINING - A young entrepreneur panel discussion considering the challenges and issues of mental health.
10.30 am to 12 pm - KEYNOTE - Ex- Manchester United footballer Quinton Fortune who will provide a unique insight into his career as a Premier League footballer and his life beyond sport. The session will be hosted by 2015 JCI Manchester Young Talent Award ‘Lawyer of the Year’, Marc Yaffe
12 pm – 1 pm Lunch
1 pm to 2.30 pm - KEYNOTE - Live Interview with Paralympian David Weir CBE and Professor Vikas Shah. Attendees are invited to send their questions for David Weir in advance. The best will be incorporated into the live interview. Please email all questions to jcimanchester@gmail.com and mark the subject as ‘David Weir’.
2.30 pm to 3.30 pm – ‘JCI United’ – JCI Chambers are invited to present (in short 5 minute slots) the best projects in their chamber and answer questions from the floor and share best practice.

ACCESS
By Rail
The nearest rail stations are Deansgate and Oxford Road, which are both five minutes’ walk from INNSIDE. If you arrive at Piccadilly or Victoria, it’s a 20-minute walk or a short journey by tram or Metroshuttle.
By Car
The nearest car park is Q-Park at First Street (next door to INNSIDE).
By Air
You can reach INNSIDE from Manchester Airport, by taxi, car, rail or tram.
By Bike
Bike racks are available next to the INNSIDE by Meliá hotel. There are 20 racks available.
By Bus
Buses 105 and 256 from Piccadilly Gardens stop on Medlock Street. Alternatively, you can use the Metroshuttles, free buses that link main rail stations, car parks, shopping areas and businesses in the city centre. Metroshuttle buses run from Piccadilly, Salford Central, Victoria, Oxford Road and Deansgate rail stations. There are three circular routes covering the city centre (the green and purple routes stop near INNSIDE). By Metrolink
Deansgate-Castlefield is the nearest Metrolink stop, which is less than five minutes’ walk from INNSIDE. Check the Metrolink website for times and updates. Full detailed directions shall be sent to attendees in advance of the weekend. Once at INNSIDE everything is within walking distance. A city centre map will also be provided as part of the delegate pack so that attendees can get the most from the city in their free time.
