SOS Dance x MYP - IWD Dance Class - 07.03.24

SOS Dance is a global movement with empowerment and confidence at its core. SOS’ mission is to empower a generation of women to believe in themselves, using dance as a source of strength, power and confidence which they can carry through to every aspect of their lives!

All SOS routines are choreographed by world-class A-list dancers who work with the likes of Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, Doja Cat, Rihanna and more! The same routine is taught across the world and brought to you by your local SOS BOSS.

Manchester SOS BOSS Danielle is teaching this class on International Women’s Day with a routine to Xtina - Can't Hold Us and will break down the moves so they’re superrrr easy to learn. Classes are for all levels, including absolute beginners!

Please come in trainers and clothes that you feel comfortable dancing in – shorts, joggers, leggings… you name it! Bring a drink too to keep hydrated.

7:30-8:30pm dance class. 8:30-9:00pm Bondi Bowls and smoothies. All at Nuffield Health, Printworks.

Changing rooms, lockers & showers are on site.
