Welcome To Our Page For Traders Whom Wish To Trade @ Our New Monthly Fair - Fresh Garms 

This Page Is For Our Launch Fair On May 1st 
Payment Is Required Between Now & March 1st.

We Are Loctated On Long Row In Nottingham City Centre, Next Door To Primart & The Works. 

We Focus On 80s/90s Vintage & Retro, Streetwear, Branded, Sportswear, But Welcome Simular Traders.

We Have Space For Up To 32 Traders.  On The Day We Have Local DJ Collectives Providing The Soundtrack, Art & Vinyl Stalls, Streetfood And Vibes! 

We Have Already Invited Some Of Our Favourite Sellers So Spaces Are Already Limited For This Date.

£35 3ft x 6ft Space  (Table Top Or Rail Space) 

£65 6ft x 6ft Space 

£120  6ft x 12ft Space 

All Are Plus Booking Fee.

What If Covid Prevents The Fair To Go Ahead ? 
You Can Choose A Refund Or New Date. 

What’s The Timings ? 
Loading In From 7am-9am 
Fair 10am - 5pm 
Load out By 7pm 

Can I Load in Later ? 
No, You Must Be In The Building By 915am To Set Up Ready For 10am Start . Also We Have Loading Restriction & It Would Look Unprofessional If Traders Were Not Ready On Time Of Opening. 

What If I Am Late For Load In ? 
We Have The Right To Refuse You Entry If We Felt It Would Effect The Running Of The Fair. 

Can I Load Out Later? 
No, You Must Be Out By 7pm! 

Can I Pack Up/Leave Early? 
Nope, Looks Bad And Isn’t Fair On Other Traders. 

Do You Provide Tables Or Rails? 
You Must Proivde Everthing You Need 

Is there Power?
Most Stalls Have Access To Power, But It’s Not Guarenteed Or Part Of The Fee, Please Bring An Extention Cable. 

Is There Interent Access? 
There Willl Be But It’s Not Part Of The Fee & We Cannot Guarantee Speeds. 

Are There Stairs? 
Yes We Have 2/3 Floors Of Trading Areas So You Could Be Located On The Ground Floor Or A Upper Floor. 

Is There A Lift ? 
No. 

Where Will My Space Be Located? 
1st Come 1st Served On Location Of Your Space. 

What Parking Is There? 
No Parking On Site, See City Centre Parking

Do You Promote The Event Well ? 

Yes We Have A Heafty Insta Budget For Advertising Plus A Data Base And Other Socials. You Must Help As Much As You Can Via Your Socials.
