The Sun is shining, our academic year is slowly coming to an end and it is our pleasure to invite you to: The Post Graduate Summer Ball 2018. 

A Formal Dinner, Evening of Entertainment and After-party for London's Postgraduates, Mature Students and their guests, set in one of London's renowned 18th century spaces. 

Expect luxury, excitement and a real lavish affair as we takeover one of the cities best event spaces, The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London. Formerly the Whitbread brewery and established in 1750 by Samuel Whitbread, the operation was the finest in London attracted worthy royal visits such as George III, Queen Charlotte, Queen Elizabeth II and Elizabeth the Queen Mother who all visited the site over the years. Since 1976 the space has been transformed into one of the capitals greatest private hire venues, winning numerous awards over it's time. 

This the perfect chance for postgraduate and mature students to celebrate their year, network, party and look to a future with friends.

The Event: 

The event will begin at 6:30pm where all guests will be welcome to arrive in style, photographed by our professional photographer. At 7:00pm attendees will be seated for an evening of fine dining, which includes a 3 course dinner and wine to accompany. 

Throughout the evening entertainment will be of a high standard including a Live String Quartet & one of London's best DJ's. 

As the Dinner & Dancing at the brewery begins to unwind, from 10:30pm we will then head over to one of London's newest and most fabulous night spots OMEARA for an exclusive after-party. Sip drinks on their rooftop balcony & bar, enjoy cocktails in their famous Cantina Bar, or party the night away to DJ's provided by MTV & Ministry of Sound.

Tickets & Info:

Tickets for the entire evening are £80, these include entry to the brewery, a 3 course dinner with wine, all entertainment* and of course entry to the after-party at Omeara London. 

We can cater for dietary requirements, please see the question when purchasing tickets

When purchasing tickets there are the following options:

1- A full Advance single ticket purchase £80
2- Group purchases for either 2 or 4 tickets (Saving £) 
3- Instalment purchase, purchasing 1 ticket in two instalments of £40**

We also have Afterparty only tickets on sale, for guests that may want to join you later, or for those that can not make the dinner seating of 7pm.

- Do I need ID? Yes, Gov issued ID is needed, it's standard practice (18+ event) 
- Can I bring non student guests? Yes, partners, spouses, friends etc are all welcome
- Dress code? The dress code is Formal/Smart 
- Do I need to prove i'm a student to attend? NO
- Are there cloakrooms? Yes! 
- Can I bring Cameras? Yes!

- Does the venue provide free water? Yes, both brewery and Omeara provide free drinking water

** When purchasing in instalments, the first instalment must be purchased by July 1st, and then the second instalment by the day of the event. Both tickets need to be purchased by the same person in order to use the instalment tickets on the day.
