*No entry after 2.30pm
*Family Ticket includes up to 4 people: Must be at least one Adult 18yrs+
*1st floor penshaw suite access via Stannah stair lift for disabled guests
*No prams permitted upstairs
*Any dietary requirements must be with us no later than 7days in advance
