💘 Get ready to push your limits with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – a powerful blend of weights and cardio designed to boost your energy, get your heart racing, and release those feel-good endorphins! Expect an intense, yet fun workout, that will leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and invigorated.

🧃Complimentary energy drink to get you going from Perfect Ted. 45 minute sociable workout, followed by a beer or 4 courtesy of Prime Time Lager.
