Hello and thank you for purchasing a ticket to join us at CHEMISTRY. By purchasing this ticket/s, you are deemed to have read and understood the following:

1.ID
To join us at CHEMISTRY, you must be over the age of eighteen and must have valid age identification, that looks like you. EVERYONE, regardless of age, will need ID to gain admission to the premises.

2.DRESS CODE
We have a relaxed dress code but please be reasonable – tracksuit bottoms/joggers are not suitable attire for any late night licensed venue. Trainers, shorts and hats are okay.

3.INTOXICATION & DRUGS
Assessments and decisions on drunkenness are made by the Security – not by the friends of the person being assessed!
CHEMISTRY takes a zero-tolerance approach to intoxication and the consumption of illegal substances. You will be refused admission if you are too drunk or suspected to be under the influence of illegal substances. You will more than likely be searched upon admission and we are routinely visited by a drug detection dog. Declining search will mean admission is declined.

4.INAPPROPRIATE ATTITUDE
Our aim is for everyone that comes to CHEMISTRY to have a great time in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, so we take a zero-tolerance approach to aggression/violence/inappropriate attitudes. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transgenderism will result in automatic refusal.

5.ACTS & ENTERTAINMENT
Acts, entertainment and content are all subject to change.

6. TICKET ENTRY TIMES
You must be inside the venue by the time stated on the ticket. If you arrive after the time stated on the ticket, it will no longer be valid.

7.REFUNDS
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whatever the reason for the request to change.
