Refund T&Cs: • Receive a refund or have your ticket transferred if you do not get into your 1st choice University. If you end up at your insurance, or another University where there is an another freshers event you can attend, your ticket will be transferred. If there is no event in that city, you will be refunded. Please note: This only applies to tickets & wristbands purchased before Thursday 15th August 2019 (A-level Results Day). • Submit your refund no later than 1st September 2019 by emailing info@yourfreshersguide.com with the subject ‘Freshers Refund’. You'll need to include UCAS evidence of your deferral/University change and a form of UK Gov Photographic ID. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund within 10 working days.
