Electric Tape Recorder make music that mixes the absurd, shambolic and the strange — Recanting nightmarish tales in equal measures of beauty and brutality. Bitter-sweet melodies, hypnotic pulses, and swollen beats underline the band's psych-rock sound.
The band self-released the Strange Holiday EP in October 2023 across online platforms — The EP was recorded by esteemed engineer, Nort, at Epic Head Studio (Sheffield), mixed by Trevor Eriksson-Pattinson and mastered by Jon Fearon (The Longcut).

Hopeful Dream Cult are Sheffield psych trippers who paint jet-black kaleidoscopic soundscapes as seen through the influential lens of David Lynch. Within their digital releases to date, the band slide between alt-psych into sounds not too dissimilar to Brian Jonestown Massacre and Spacemen 3.
