Clairin is an artisanal rum bottler specialising in the "Spirit of Haiti" what makes this rum so so special is that many of their expressions are one-offs. Coming from some of Haitis many local and very small distillers.  These are one-of-a-kind rums; once they are gone, they are gone, and boy are they good.  

Typically in the French style using fresh sugar cane juice as opposed to molasses they are unique complex and delicious.
