Another year, another incredible run of shows! We Need Bands will be turning three in August, and we have a special series of events planned across the bank holiday weekend.

We’ll be returning to The Thunderbolt, the home of the earlier stages of our Underdog runs, for four special events packed with some of our favourite acts (as well as some bands recommended by our regulars).

Launching the series will be the phenomenal Laissez Faire (indie pop), who thoroughly impressed us during the 2024 MicroDog run. Support comes from Haytor, Hoaster, Chandra, and JC & The Great Plague.

Thank you to the 9,000 people who have come out to support our events over the past three years… here’s to three more!
