Official Statement

With the current situation in the UK, a joint decision has been made with The Trafford Centre, to reschedule the event from the weekend of 24 August 2024 to August Bank Holiday 2025. While there is no specific threat to the event or Trafford Centre, public safety is our priority.

The Trafford Centre and Islamic Relief have been incredibly supportive and will continue to collaborate with us to make next year's event even bigger and better. We will officially announce the rescheduled date in the coming days, and all tickets and vendors will automatically be validated for the rescheduled event.

Rescheduled Dates: Saturday 23rd August 25, Sunday 24th August 25, Monday 25th
August 25

All tickets and vendor bookings will automatically be validated for the rescheduled dates.

We respectfully ask everyone to support our project and remain considerate during this
challenging time.

‘The Halal Food Festival’ continues to be committed to ensuring we provide fun, family
events in a safe place for all our guests, Inshallah.

Get ready for an outdoor cultural extravaganza at the Halal Food

Festival, where the culinary delights are just the beginning of the

excitement! Returning to Manchester for its third year, this eagerly

anticipated event is spreading its wings across three days of pure

indulgence, happening over the Bank Holiday weekend from Saturday 24th to Bank Holiday Monday 26th August.

And guess what? We're taking it up a notch by bringing the festival to the iconic Trafford Centre in Manchester. Imagine stepping into a buzzing hive of activity, where the air is charged with anticipation and every corner bursts with vibrant energy. The Trafford Centre isn't just a shopping mecca – it's a dynamic melting pot of culture and entertainment, the perfect stage for our culinary celebration.

But hold onto your taste buds, because the real magic happens when you dive into the gastronomic wonderland awaiting you. With over 30 street food vendors serving up a smorgasbord of global delights, from artisan Halal hot dogs to Korean corn dogs, from mouthwatering Katsu curry to irresistible Philly cheesesteaks and brisket, your palate is in for the ride of its life. Japanese, Dutch, Italian, Chinese, American, South Asian, Lebanese, Turkish, Jamaican – every corner of the globe converges in a feast fit for royalty.

But the Halal Food Festival isn't just about filling your belly – it's about feeding your soul. Our Artisan Market is a treasure trove of lifestyle brands catering to the Halal lifestyle, offering everything from chic modest wear and exquisite jewelry to essential travel gear and luxurious cosmetics. It's a shopping spree like no other, where every purchase supports and celebrates our rich cultural heritage.

So come hungry, come curious, and most importantly, come ready to support and celebrate our culture in all its delicious glory. The Halal Food Festival isn't just about food – it's about coming together, sharing stories, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. See you there, Inshallah!
