Afternoon Delight; a socially distanced, controlled, outdoor garden get-together from the creators of Jacked events. 

This brand new concept has been carefully planned and developed in-line with the latest Government guidelines on outdoor events and with your safety at the heart of this. 

Our aim is to reignite the flame of local hospitality by combining carefully hand-picked, local street food and dessert vendors, refreshing drinks, table service and the best DJ’s to help set the tone for a magical sunset experience that you will never forget.

Giving us that slice of normality that we are craving and shining the light at the end of the tunnel.

This is for the purchase of a full table. Tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis, the earlier you purchase the closer you will be to the stage.

DEPOSIT TABLES:-

6 SEATER TABLE DEPOSIT (LEAD GUEST) - £20 +bf 

4 SEATER TABLE DEPOSIT (LEAD GUEST) - £20 +bf

This is the DEPOSIT for a table and will ONLY admit the lead guest. A link for the remaining guests to pay for their place on the table will be sent via email to upon purchase directly to the lead ticket holder.

The remaining guests will have until Monday 17th August to pay for their seats at the table (£20pp +bf). Any tables with 4 or fewer payees by Monday 17th August will automatically be transferred to a 4 person table. Table positions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

Lead guest deposits will be void and non-refundable if no other participants purchase their place before Monday 17th August. Parties of 2 or more will be accepted but please br advised you will be moved to a 4 person table. If you think you will be attending with 3 persons or fewer, pleases purchase a 4 person table instead.

Covid-19 Measures & Other Safety Policies 

- Anyone with a cough, temperature or who feels unwell must not attend the event under any circumstances. 
- Temperature checks will be done on entry, any patrons reading over the recommended temperature will not be granted access to the event. 
- Table bookings, Drinks packages and Food can be ordered safely and securely via our ticket/app outlet which can also be used on the day to ensure safe, contactless payments.
- All staff to wear the appropriate PPE, masks and disposable gloves and to be fully trained in operating in a Covid-secure manner. 
- All food and drink to be served in quality, disposable glasses and tableware to ensure maximum hygiene. 
- Each table will come fully equipped with Hand Sanitiser and it’s own designated area to ensure it is fully compliant with the Government guidelines. 
- Tables will be spaced apart in-line with the current guidelines, areas will be marked in accordance with this to ensure social distancing is adhered to. 
- Hand Washing and Sanitising stations will be found at the entrance to the event and at our Covid-secure toilet facilities.
- All queues will be monitored and staffed to ensure everyones safety, in accordance with the 2m distance between each patron at all times.
- Strictly over 21’s. Challenge 25 Policy. All patrons must be prepared to show valid photo ID. No ID No Entry. 
- Strictly no Food or Drink is permitted to be brought into this event.
- There will be a one-way system in place around the site to ensure the upmost safety and control of all persons moving around the site. 
- Track & Trace will be in operation, you will be asked to scan the QR code and fill in your details before entering the site. Other methods of supplying your details will also be available.

THE LINCOLNSHIRE SHOWGROUND // THE GARDEN OVER THE POND BEYOND THE CATHEDRAL WOODS 

ENTRANCE | GATE 6 - LN1 2RP

Hosted within the eloquent, outdoor fenced garden area of The Lincolnshire Showground. As you head down the fields you come to a beautiful wooden bridge. Cross the perfectly picturesque Pond and enter the main enclosure where you will find socially distanced tables, distanced apart enough to allow for you and your group to move around, take in your surroundings and have a little dance, safely inside your ‘bubble’. Look ahead towards the stage which will be lit up and sparkling with DJ’s providing a carefully selected Balearic inspired sunset soundtrack.

The shuttle bus service will be limited to Covid-19 reduced capacity. Please make sure you use the Outbound Bus at the specified time you purchase for. Return buses will be operating on a first come - first served basis for ticket holders. Spare spaces will be available to purchase on the coach subject to space. Additional runs will be provided in the event that more people want to use the service. 

MASK WEARING IS MANDATORY ON THE SHUTTLE BUSES, MASKS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON ENTERING THE BUS. EACH PERSON WILL BE ASKED TO SANITISE THEIR HANDS UPON ENTERING THE BUS.

TAXI

We are working closely with the local taxi companies to carefully monitor the event’s transport needs. Please call ahead well in advance to book taxi’s if this is your preferred method of travel, to insure they can make the necessary arrangements prior to the event. 

*** PLEASE DO NOT WALK ALONG THE B1398 AT ANY TIME ***
There will be a strict policy in place to ensure there will be no walking along the B1398 at any time to ensure the safety of all participants. This will be staffed and enforced at all times so please plan your journey appropriately.

DROP OFF/PICK UP POINT
Visitors who have made arrangements to be dropped off at the Lincolnshire Showground should follow the signs and use Gate 6 (on B1398) from all routes, for the dedicated drop-off point. The postcode for Gate 6 is LN1 2RP. Do not use Gates 1, 2 or 5 for dropping off. It will not be possible to collect guests from locations other than the dedicated pick up point after the event. Taxis drop off via Gate 6 on the B1398 only.

Car Parking is also available.
