If you have bought multiple tickets for friends, please give each person their own ticket before you enter the venue. If you have to fold your ticket, please make sure you have it unfolded on arrival when you enter the venue. YOUR TICKET IS TO BE EXCHANGED ON ARRIVAL FOR WRISTBAND FOR ENTRY BEFORE 10PM + 2 DRINKS When you arrive please come straight to the door and let us know who you are! If you are part of a large group, you may arrive separately, but everyone must use the lead name (the name of the person booking the guest list) so we can keep track of your party! Party Wristband drinks and entry are only available before 10pm on the night of your booking. Please present your ticket on arrival. Entry will be refused without this ticket • This ticket admits one person entry to the above venue. Entry must be no later than 10pm. Any tickets that are damaged, defaced or altered will not be accepted. • Your wristband vouchers are for selected drinks only. Choose from selected bottle beers, small glass of house wine or selected spirit and mixer • This venue operates a strict over 18’s policy and ID will be required. Valid Passport or Driving License is the only accepted form of ID. • Customers may be subject to a search • Management will not be held responsible in the event of any entertainment cancellations • We give preference to mixed groups of people. • Single Entry is not allowed. • Entry into some rooms may be restricted due to private parties and/or subject to which rooms are open on the night • Our dress code is smart/casual strictly no sportswear – no trainers! • Management reserve the right to refuse admission in accordance with licensing law and in such cases any pre-paid money will not be refunded.
