Should an event postponement take place your ticket will be 100% safe for a rescheduled date once government guidelines suggest it is safe to do so.

This may require that you turn up to the venue at a predetermined staggered time in order to carry out the test. Any guests that refuse testing or that cannot provide a vaccine passport may be refused by the venue.

*Event Postponement*
In the unlikely scenario that by September The Corona Virus [Covid-19] affects your freshers week. Your PASS will be still be valid even if your freshers week is moved and we have to change our date. Should an event postponement take place your ticket will be 100% safe for a rescheduled date once government guidelines suggests it is safe to do so. This could be October, November, January, February, March, April or May depending on the new freshers week for your university. Don't worry we wouldn't let you start university without having the biggest freshers event to celebrate.
