In the unlikely scenario that by September COVID-19 affects your freshers week, your pass will be still be valid, even if your freshers week is moved and we have to change our date. Should an event postponement take place your ticket will be 100% safe for a rescheduled date once government guidelines suggest it is safe to do so.

Once you've purchased your pass, your event venues & dates will be emailed to you with all the information for each event that you need. You must present your ticket with valid scanning barcode at the point of entry to the event..

*Coronavirus Safety Policy*
Please bear in mind that according to government or local policies, you may be required to complete a rapid flow coronavirus test at your own expense before entering the venue. This may require that you turn up to the venue at a predetermined staggered time in order to carry out the test. Any guests that refuse testing or that cannot provide a vaccine passport may be refused by the venue.
*Event Postponement*
In the unlikely scenario that by September The Corona Virus [Covid-19] affects your freshers week. Your PASS will be still be valid even if your freshers week is moved and we have to change our date. Should an event postponement take place your ticket will be 100% safe for a rescheduled date once government guidelines suggests it is safe to do so. This could be October, November, January, February, March, April or May depending on the new freshers week for your university. Don't worry we wouldn't let you start university without having the biggest freshers event to celebrate.
