UNIVERSITY CHANGE PROTECTION * University change, deferral or rejection refund protection is included with every ticket purchase before Thursday 17th August 2023 11:59pm. * We don't want you to miss out if Freshers UV Neon Rave sells out before Results Day as tickets sell out fast every year. * Buy with confidence that your purchase is protected if you don't get into your chosen University. REFUND Terms and Conditions * Receive a refund if you don't get into your first choice University or you can receive a transfer ticket if your second choice University has a Wild Freshers Wristband in that city. * You must submit your refund request no later than 1st September 2023 by emailing refunds@freshersuvneontour.co.uk with the subject line ‘University Refund’. * In the email you MUST attach UCAS evidence of your deferral or University change and 1 form of valid Photographic ID. * Once received we will process your refund within 7 working days.
