If you have purchased a valid ticket & arrive after door closing time, you may be subject to a late fee on the door to allow entry. Please arrive on-time.

Physical Government ID Is Crucial! There is a strict age policy of 23+ If you are deemed underage by door staff you will be denied entry.

If you have a booth or table you & your party will need to be inside the venue before 11:30 PM. Arrival after this time may put your booth at risk of being resold & your deposit being lost.

Upon entering a booth, you will need to collect a wristband or you will not be able to access the booth.

All giveaways & prizes will be announced prior to the event date. All prizewinners please contact us on Instagram. 

All tickets are non-refundable unless in the instance of event cancellation.

The Giveback System: Lastly, Christmas is a time of giving so we would like to announce that a percentage of all ticket sales will be donated to a charitable organisation.
