Project Manager (Real Estate) at Turner & Townsend. Sandra’s career journey commenced in the realm of architecture, leading to acquisition of a Bachelor’s degree from Manchester School of Architecture.

Eddie Waiya 

An engineer with over 12 years experience. An incorporated engineer of the ICE, has over 12 year’s experience working on a variety of projects, covering rail, aviation, residential and civils within public and private sectors.

Eddie is currently seconded in to HS2 as the Head of Stations North for Phase 1 and leads a team of estimators integrating multiple estimates into the wider project controls functions of scope, schedule, risk and delivery.
