THE BEST CULTURAL NIGHT OF 2021!!!

University of Westminster’s pakistan society are proud to present our annual cultural night! Mehfil-e-Riwayat is an opportunity for you all to put on your nicest shalwar kameez and get your groove on! Come down and experience the beautiful heritage of our motherland. Dress up and dance the night away with our Guest DJ in an ambiance of brilliant lights and a top of the grade sound system! We will also have a live performance from a super talented Dhol player to get your hearts racing 🪘🪘🪘

Participate in a mix of fun and cultural games like blind mans bluff, karaoke aka “antakshari”, shrinking island and much more. Live dholkis will be played as you all sing along to classic folklore songs. There will be a Dance off so pick your teams wisely AND a best dressed competition with two crowned winners you can all vote for! We’ll even be hosting a secret “who should get married” ballot to see which couple you guys think are the cutest! 

Enjoy this epic night with a delicious buffet ranging from chicken tikka, papri chaat and biryani to gajer ka halwa and much more! A professional photo booth will also be present with print on site photos to commemorate your night. Don’t miss out on one of the most DHAMAKEDAR events of your uni experience!!

 Mehfil-e-riwayat commences on the 7th of December in Portland Hall, Little Tichfield campus. Doors will open at 5:30pm, Last entry is 6:15pm - latecomers will not be permitted into the venue, so all you Pakistanis need to be on time! Hum aap ki amad ki muntazir rahenge 🏵
