Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket for events organized by Deseo Dreams, the buyer agrees to the following terms:
Lineup and Event Changes 1.1. The Company aims to deliver the festival lineup as advertised. However, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or force majeure, may necessitate minor changes to the lineup. 1.2. The Company reserves the right to make substitutions, reschedule performances, or modify the event schedule without prior notice. 1.3. The Company is not liable to provide a refund or compensation due to minor changes in the lineup, provided that the festival as a whole continues to offer performances and experiences.
Refund Policy 2.1. Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled. 2.2. No refunds will be issued due to lineup changes, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or force majeure events beyond the Company’s control. 2.3. In the event of full cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund as per the instructions provided by the Company
Changes to the Program: The event organizer reserves the right to substitute or modify artists, bands, attractions, or any elements of the previously announced program as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund request by the buyer.
Venue Change: For logistical, weather-related, or force majeure reasons, the organizer reserves the right to change the event venue. The new location will be duly communicated, and such changes will not qualify for a refund.
Acceptance of Terms: By completing the purchase and clicking "Accept," the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein, releasing the organizer from any liability related to the aforementioned changes.
General Conditions: Attendance at the event is subject to additional rules and policies as detailed on the event's official page.
Conclusion:
Deseo Dreams reserves all rights stated in the terms and conditions specified above. Deseo Dreams is not obligated to provide refunds under said circumstances and agreements stated.
