Listener

Describing the group Listener, a few years ago, would have involved discussing two guys, a guitar, a macbook, and a washing machine; an explanation that would turn the head of even the most avante-guard
fans of music. Listener has now evolved into a full fledged rock and roll power trio with vocalist Dan Smith playing bass and brass, guitarist Jon Terrey, and drummer Kris Rochelle pounding the skins as if the ghost of
John Bonham haunted his dreams. With thought provoking stage banter, music that keeps your mind busy, and words that quickly take hold of your heart, Listener is a near perfect balance of what words and music are supposed to be.

The Winter Passing

The Winter Passing is a 4 piece hook heavy, indie pop band from Ireland on 6131 Records (US). 2015's debut LP 'A Different Space of Mind' received wide praise from the likes of Noisey, Brooklyn Vegan, Alternative Press, Rock Sound Magazine & The Irish Times. Since the release of the album in September '15, the band have toured the American East Coast for the first time including an appearances in Brooklyn, NY supporting PWR BTTM & Gainesville, FL at THE FEST (Andrew WK, Modern Baseball, Beach Slang, Foxing, Lagwagon, MewithoutYou) and most recently touring as main support for bands such as Moose Blood & Modern Baseball.

At the heart of the group is brother and sister pair Rob and Kate Flynn, who have been playing music together since they were 14 and 12, respectively. Growing up together the two shared a love of bands such as The Get Up Kids, The Anniversary, Weezer, The Replacements, and Sonic Youth, the influences of which are heavily present in their songs.

The band record their follow up release to their debut in the fall of 2016 in Baltimore.

Civil Villains

Friends long before band mates, Civil Villains spent many evenings discussing the music they loved before they decided to start making their own. Their debut double single Pale Horse/Fallow turned heads, walking the tightrope between mathy alt rock and desert riffage. Having shared stages with Tides From Nebula, Polymath, and Wild Throne, and played at Brighton Electric's The Alternative Escape, they will soon be playing Envol et Macadam Festival in Quebec this September, followed by a short Canadian/North American tour.

"Humble and talented, Civil Villains may still be young in their arc, but as their sound evolves it won’t be long before they get picked up" Broken Amp, 2016
