Join us for a journey of self-discovery, reclaiming your primal roots and awakening your spirit to a higher state of consciousness in this powerful all day event which will include a beautiful opening circle, Transmorphic breath work, cacao ceremony, animal movements, indigenous integrated instrument & DJ set (Folktronica, Organic House, Downtempo, Afro Funk, Tribal) sound journey, closing ceremony & an organic meal.

Once the sacred space has been opened you will be guided by our skilled facilitators, embarking on a deep journey of self-exploration and energetic release starting with intentional and rhythmic breathing techniques.
Transmorphic Breathwork is a powerful practice that allows you to tap into the vast reservoirs of your inner being, unlocking stagnant energy, and inviting profound transformation.

As you surrender to the rhythm of your breath, you will enter a state of heightened awareness and expanded consciousness. In the realm of movement, Joshua will then lead you through earthy animal-inspired movements, awakening your body's innate wisdom and reconnecting you with the primal forces of nature. Surrender to the natural flow of your body as it expresses itself in a sacred dance of liberation, inspired by shamanic vibrations and rhythms leading into a beautifully crafted indigenous integrated instrument & DJ set from Greg from Sound Space.

To an extra dimension of energetic exploration and empowerment Greg, an experienced practitioner of sound will take you on a deep reflective sound journey, incorporating the harmonious resonance of Singing Bowls, Native American flutes, hand pans, shamanic drums, didgeridoo, rain sticks, koshi chimes and much more, raising your vibrations and reconnecting you with the great spirit through your own divine life force energy.

Following the closing of this sacred ceremony, Joshua will prepare a nourishing organic meal, infused with love and intention.
