REVOLT is back again, bringing the sounds and solidarity to the seaside with our fourth MAP fundraiser event at Daltons!

UPDATE  02/07/2024: DEATH TOLL IN GAZA STANDS AT 37,900 SINCE OCTOBER 7TH 2023.

Since Israel’s military assault on Gaza began in October, 500 healthcare workers have been killed, averaging two deaths per day. This represents 2.5% of Gaza’s healthcare workforce. More healthcare workers have died in Gaza during this period than in all global conflicts in 2021 and 2022 combined.

Systematic attacks by Israeli forces are worsening Gaza’s humanitarian crisis. Over 37,000 Palestinians have been killed and 86,000 injured, with 10,000 presumed dead under rubble. Palestinian healthcare workers face indiscriminate and targeted attacks, hindering their ability to provide care. The 500th health worker killed was Hani Al Ja’afarwi, Director of Emergency and Ambulance Services, during an airstrike on 23 June.

Dr. Tanya Haj-Hassan reports that healthcare workers wear civilian clothing outside hospitals to avoid being targeted. Rohan Talbot from MAP emphasises that attacks on healthcare workers violate international law and demand independent investigations.

The UN has found serious violations by the Israeli military against Gaza’s healthcare workers, with reports of arbitrary detentions and deaths under torture. Since October, over 460 attacks on healthcare facilities have left Gaza’s healthcare system near collapse, with no fully functioning hospitals and 19 out of service.

Your support can make a difference in this critical situation. Each ticket sold for REVOLT directly supports Medical Aid for Palestinians. Join us in raising funds to aid those affected and help restore essential healthcare services in Gaza.

Friktion

Friktion is a three-man whirlwind spinning out of Brighton, UK. A seething sticky brew of meticulous songwriting and deranged abandon channeling the likes of The Gun Club, Pixies, Weezer, and Lou Reed to take the listener on a whiplash-inducing joyride.

Rottweiler

Formed in September of 2022, Rottweiler is a five-piece band from Brighton with a distinct grunge-pop sound. Their music is inspired by the likes of Alice in Chains, Paramore, Placebo and Fontaines D.C. The band’s live set is energetic, theatrical and highly moody.

Modessa

Modessa are a hard Rock three-piece formed in Shoreham/Brighton. With more music to be released this year, they're just getting started and always deliver hooky melodies and strong grooves.

STERNUMS

A punk rock band and a mirror ball had a baby called STERNUMS. After a break, ex-Gloo frontman Tom Harfield (vox/guitar), Dan Stirrat (bass/synth), and Nathan Marshall (drums) are back with a vengeance. They aren’t afraid of making their raw but catchy guitar-driven tunes sound even better with synths and danceable beats. Hailing from Brighton with roots in small-town life, these boys are making the music of the future, and you heard it here first.

Please note that if you can't attend the gig but want to contribute, send a one-off donation to Medical Aid for Palestine. Screenshot and DM us on Insta @REVOLT and we will include it in the overall total raised. Thank you.

Last tickets on Fatsoma are available until 4 pm on 14/8/24. £8 tickets are available OTD from 7 pm.  Arrive early to avoid disappointment!
