Girls Get Festive 🎄

The girliest Christmas party in the West Midlands is back and better for its 2nd year! 

On Sunday 15th December, Girls Get Social are putting on the most festive social event for all the girls across the West Midlands to celebrate the holidays! Join us at the cutest location in the heart of Birmingham for a jam-packed day of good food, festive games and dancing whilst socialising with like-minded, local girlies. 

For all those who are looking to make some festive memories & friends for life, this one's for you. It is guaranteed to be the most wonderful time of the year!

What will happen at the event?

• Before the event, The GGS team will create a WhatsApp group for the attendees so you can put faces to who's attending, arrange meetup points & just to say hi before the big day! Please include your mobile number and ensure that you are on WhatsApp when you buy a ticket to ensure that you will be added.

• 2pm - Doors open. When your ticket is scanned at the door, the GGS team will be there to greet you with a glass of prosecco (on the house!) and a smile! 
• Enjoy TWO FLOORS of festive fun! - including a chill-out zone for when you need a breather, the main floor where all the magic happens & a zone for photo opportunities with your new pals!
• A delicious buffet of food will be available to suit all, and a bar will be onsite for you to purchase hot, cold & alcoholic drinks
• Get stuck in with some fun party games- including limbo, beer pong, a bit of karaoke & so much more!
• Because it's Christmas, all our girls will get some exclusive surprises along the way (because what is a Christmas party without presents?)
• Throughout this event, feel free to chat, mix and mingle, drink, dance, and make some friends! 
  
• 6pm - The party's over, time to part ways! Head home safely (& let us know when you're home!) or feel free to take the party elsewhere and carry on the fun with the friends that you have made 🙂

Ticket Information

• Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your plans change and you can't make it, let a member of the GGS team know ASAP & advertise your ticket via the Ticket Resell Chat in our WhatsApp Community. Please note: exchanges unfortunately can't be 100% guaranteed!
• Tickets are £25 and will be on sale until Sunday 1st December 2024. Please note that this date may be extended or cut off earlier. If this occurs, it will be announced on our social media platforms. 

Girls Get Social is proud to be a not-for-profit organisation, meaning 100% of the profit from every ticket sold goes back into the running of our events, making the best experiences for our girls!

Travel

Please note: for your safety, the location address & details will be kept private and revealed upon purchase on our WhatsApp Community Chat. You will be added onto this chat within 3 days of purchase.

For solo-goers or nervous attendees, we will be setting up a meet-up point at Birmingham New Street. We will let you know a few days before the event the exact details on where to meet up & who will be meeting you!

Tram - The Grand Central tram stop is a quick 10-minute walk from our location

Car - Our nearest car parks are: North Yard Car Park, Allison Street Car Park & Bradford Street Car Park

Bus - Our nearest bus stops are: Digbeth Coach Station & Digbeth Oxford Street (1-2 minute walk from our location!)

Train - Birmingham New Street Station is a quick 10-minute walk from our location

Dress code

All things that scream "Christmas"! Think sparkles and sequins, red/green outfits, Christmas jumpers, Santa/the Grinch costumes...

Friendly reminders

• All Girls Get Social events are open to 18+ only, please ensure you bring ID for proof of age at entry and at the bar.
• Please note that there will be some photography at the event - taken on the GGS team's phones. Please select "I DO NOT consent" when purchasing your ticket if you'd prefer for your picture not to be taken!
• We request that this social event is full of positive vibes and that guests refrain from acting negatively towards others. If there are grievances that need addressing or arguments to be had we require them to be discussed outside the event. If conflict does arise at our event (which is very unlikely!) we will kindly ask you to leave and tickets cannot be refunded.
