Manchester live scene familiar faces The Haciendas are set to bring their live experience to Leeds’ BOOM venue on Friday 14th October for the opening show of their UK tour for the launch of their debut EP, 'Dreamer'.
The Haciendas will be joined on the night by main act Seeker, whilst Japanese Raccoon Dog and Daisy Graves will support.
Seeker Are The New Pioneers Of Rock N Roll. The Passion, Strength and Spirit In Our Sound Speaks To The Underdog In All Of Us. This Forms The Unity and Drive Of Seeker. Reach The Sky and Transcend Your Minds Eye.
Japanese Raccoon Dog are a 5 piece math rock outfit hailing from Leeds, UK. Heavily influenced by Delta Sleep, Chon, and Orchards; this band combines interwinding melodies, haunting vocals, and an infectious rhythm section to orchestrate complex but grasping original compositions. Haven’t yet delved into any of their influences? Fear not! This band also draws similarities to the wacky time signatures of Tool, the more innocent spectrum of melodies of Slint, and the loose Jazz influences of more recent releases from Black Midi. In the close to two years that the band have been together they have played booming live shows across Yorkshire and are looking to expand their brand across the UK and beyond!
Daisy Graves are a Leeds based Pop-punk/Alternative Rock band formed by Leo Godfrey and Ciaran Wils. The pair wrote numerous songs before the remaining members joined to complete the line-up and offer their creative additions. The band are inspired by artists such as Blink-182, Neck Deep, DON BROCO, Paramore, Stand Atlantic and My Chemical Romance.
