Expect to hear a broad range of topics covered from how new communities are shaping the future of dancefloors, why club and festival landscapes are growing and changing, and the rise of Asian artists around the global dance music circuit. In summary, Arun has touched on multiple areas of the music industry both as a performer and as a background aggregator and advocate for various business types including conceptual clubs, bars and restaurants, global hotel brands, and corporate and fashion brands. Honing a DJ career that spans 20 years, Arun has a vast knowledge and quick understanding of the past, present and future of dance music.

Having mostly been based in an accessible hub like Hong Kong, with a few interim years spent in the United Kingdom, work and personal interests have allowed him to grow a unique network of resources across Southeast Asia.

Currently, he oversees and manages the operations and direction of Mixmag Asia where the brand prides itself on uncovering music and club culture content from the region. He has personally spearheaded the Mixmag Asia brand to be an authority for club culture in Southeast Asia. He's engaged Mixmag Asia with brands like Pioneer DJ, Void Acoustics, Arturia, VANS (VCF Corp), Monkey Shoulder, Jagermeister, Wonderfruit, Cafe del Mar, AIAIAI, Warner Music Asia, Prada, among others.

Adopting a freelance approach to business and projects came naturally to him; Arun thrives off having multiple processes at play, always managing his involvement with an energetic and fresh attitude. As a leader of a boutique operation, Arun takes an empathic and grounded approach that allows for all voices to be heard.
