Windsor & Eton Beer Festival

Important Information:

We know it’s exciting to be faced with so many beers included in one ticket, but this event is to promote appreciation of the products and a safe, happy and sociable experience for all. Anyone who appears to be drunk will not be served, and we reserve the right to refuse entry or deny service without refund to any person who is judged not to be in a fit state to appreciate the festival. Tap water will be freely available and there will be caterers onsite for the duration of the festival, so pace yourselves!

All beers at the festival will be subject to availability – there may be some rotation of taps over the course of the festival, but be reassured that we’re going to keep the selection lively for all of our guests so that you can make the most of your visit no matter which session you’re signed up for.

We will be operating on a Challenge 25 policy, so you may be asked to prove your age upon first arriving. Once your ticket and ID has been checked, your wristband will suffice for re-entry during the session. This wristband must be worn for the duration of the event, and anyone seen to be tampering with their wristband may be refused service.

The glass you’re given upon entry as an all-inclusive ticket holder is yours to keep. Hold onto it, because you won’t be able to get any of the guest beers without a festival glass. If you break your glass, don’t worry – please just let a member of the team know so we can take care of it as quickly as possible. New glasses can be purchased for £2.00 in the case of breakage.
