Unit 13 was designed & built during lockdown in 2021. Unit 13 is owned & operated by ravers for ravers. Clubbing is all we know & all we do.

The Venue:

Industrial basement warehouse space consisting of the following environments:

LG1 - Main room:

Multi tiered auditorium with industrial elements featuring cutting edge festival production, lighting design and staging. The venue has undergone signigicant upgrades during the summer reccess to provide you with a unique world class exprience.

Music policy: House, Tech, DnB, Disco.

LG2 - Room 2:

Led wall, custom sound system, state of the art lighting and production.

Music policy: R&B, Hip Hop & Grime

Secret disco project - New for AW22:

Neon, Mirrors and disco lights.

Music policy: Disco Classics.
