Next Thursday we're looking forward to welcoming back Emma from Wild Core Physio for a 45 minute pilates class starting at 12.30pm.
The 45 minute Physio-Pilates class is designed to optimise core stability, postural awareness, flexibility and to prevent injury. It's gentle but also challenging, providing the perfect workout, Emma is a qualified and clinically trained senior physiotherapist.
