Turning Walls Into Gateways With Carrie Tree - A Workshop Exploring The Spirit Of Creativity Through the Power Of The Voice.

A 4 hour workshop and transformative exploration, looking deeper into our unique relationship to creativity through our voice.

By shining a compassionate light on some of the behaviour and inner voices that show up in our self-expression, and the relationship we have to them, we can assist in restoring flow and empowerment back into the places that feel like walls in our lives.

Held in a safe loving container, we will go on a journey of inquiry in pair work and alone, also using simple but powerful vocal processing techniques with voice, visualisation and movement.

There will be a combination of some deep diving for our own expansion and healing, and also some beautiful, playful connecting voice work with the group.

No voice experience necessary. All welcome, whatever your journey with expression is.

This is with the intention to assist in our freedom to express ourselves just as we are,

for each of us and the world.

This way of working has brought me so much liberation and peace with this topic, so I feel honoured to share it with you.

Each of us are born with a unique sound, and an in-built device: our own healing voice!

The voice is a direct expression of our intimate, authentic self, at an emotional as well as physiological level.

Sounding and singing is such a powerful way to support our bodies, our health and our well-being.

It is a gateway to our own personal prayer, our wishes & feelings. It can drop us deeper into the heart and can also connect and unify us with each other, to healing forces, and to the great mystery.

Singer-songwriter Carrie Tree has been working passionately with music and songwriting for 20 years. She tours internationally and has released 3 solo albums.

Carrie has spent all her adult life exploring the topic of self-expression, (both the love of it, and why it can at times be so painful).

Carrie has completed a diploma in Holistic Voice Therapy, trained in Zen Coaching, Family Constellations, Shamanic Healing, and is passionate about supporting healing and growth - to be comfortable in our own skin, and shine our love into this world.
