Snowed In Sunlun

Introducing Snowed In Sunlun, Sunderland’s newest festive multi-genre showcase. On Wednesday 11th December, four of the local scene’s most exciting bands will be taking to the stage at fan favourite venue Pop Recs. In collaboration with Sunderland Music City, this event will be raising money for Love, Amelia - an incredible charity against children’s poverty.

Snowed In is programmed by the first year students at NAME (Northern Academy of Music Education) in Sunderland, and is truly focused on uplifting and encouraging the local scene and all it has to offer. This is why the bands and the venues are all amazing local picks - hopefully audience members can find their new favourite musical talent.

All proceeds from Snowed In will go to Love, Amelia - with tickets available at Fatsoma. Donations will also be welcome in cash on the door.
